He is survived by: his wife Elaine Clark (Crisp); his siblings, David Clark of Burrillville, Michelle Clark of Mars and Sherri Cook (Brian) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.; his aunt Elizabeth Kapas-DePetro (Robert) of Douglas, Massachusetts.; and his friends, Rob and Judy Kirk.
