He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Griffin and Eula Griffin (Wright); his spouse Billie Creswell; his son Lynn; his grandson B. J. Oxendine; and his siblings, Dennis Griffin, Sam Griffin and Dura Farmer.
He is survived by: his children, David Griffin (Carol) of Washburn, Missouri, Karen Kennedy (Randy) of Jay, Dorothy Wolgamott (Miles) of Neosho and Shana Griffin of Neosho, Missouri. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McQueen Funeral Home (524 E Hurlbut St, Wheaton, MO 64874). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
