He is survived by: his wife Tamara; his daughters, Kimberly, Sandra, Shyliah and Telisha; his stepsons, Dwayne and Dustin; his grandchildren, Dylan, Jacob, Aurianna, Lindsey, Dezaray, Kayla, Gavin, Trevor, Savanah and Chase; his great grandchildren, Ashtynn, Devon, Wyatt, Charly and Rylee; his siblings, Lewis (Kelly) and Joy Lynn (Dan); his uncle Sam; his aunt Helen; his niece Heather; his nephew Tory; his parents-in-law, Norma and Gene; and his friend Cindy.
A memorial service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at 4778 Panda Rd, Diamond, MO 64840.
