He is survived by: his sons, Michael Dunlavy (Katie) of Neosho and Ryan Dunlavy of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his granddaughters, Iley Rose of Neosho and Ada Pearl Dunlavy of Neosho; and his siblings, Tom Dunlavy of Washington, Maureen Strobeck of St. Louis and Peggy McCloud of Virginia Beach.
