He is survived by: his wife Joan Phillips (Madden) of Racine; his sons, Britt Phillips and Randy Phillips of Racine; his grandchildren, Sheena, Megan and Codi; and his great grandchildren, Eli and Jenaiveve. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
