He is survived by: his children, Deidra Adams of Florida and Jarred Adams (Hannah) of Seattle, Washington; his grandsons, Blake and Brandon Adams of Seattle, Washington; and his siblings, Leeroy Adams of Oronogo, Missouri, Barbara Burton of Neosho, Missouri, Michael Workman of Neosho, Missouri. and Tom Workman of Neosho, Missouri.. He is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
