Madi Cholka Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2022, at the age of 17, Madi Cholka of Neosho, Missouri, born in Chickasha, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Angel Cholka and Ryan Cholka; her grandparents, Frances Malone, Michael Cadenhead, Dennis and Patricia Cholka; her aunts and uncles, Brandy Peralta, Erica Malone, Becca Frazier, Lizzy Morris, Jeremy Willis and Seth Wilder (Janel); and her children, Mercy, Box and Neosho. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
