She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd E. Jeffers and Viola E. Jeffers (Land); her husband Bill L. Hulsey; her son Roger Hulsey; and her siblings, Bob, Bruce, Edward, Jerry, Virginia, Dorothy, Rosalee and Betty.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Ann Campbell (Bill) of Neosho and Billy D. Hulsey (Karen) of Neosho; her daughter-in-law Barbara Hulsey of Neosho; and her sister Janice Mitchell of Anderson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-granddaughters.
