She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Latshaw and Bessie Latshaw (Erskin); her husband Billy Edward Keplar; her son Billy Edward, Jr.; and her siblings, Bobby Latshaw, Don Latshaw and Patricia Latshaw.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Finch of Austin, Texas; her granddaughters, Tabatha Saenz (Raul, Sr.), Ruby Pease and Metha Slather; her great grandchildren, Anahi, Carolina, Raul, Jr., Gary Birdsong, Jr., Colleen, Charles, Jr. and Parker; her sister Stephanie Turney; and her nieces and nephews, Les Turner, Chris Turney and Amy Daugherty. She is also survived by five great nieces and nephews and four great-great nieces and nephews.
