He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Lewis and Shirley Lewis (Hood); and his siblings, Pam Armstrong, Mike Lewis and John Lewis.

He is survived by: his children, Brian Lewis (Amy) of Wheaton and Kayla Wilmoth (Michael) of Neosho; his grandchildren, Paula Lewis-Allen, Christopher Lewis, Jackson Lewis-Hite and Briar Lewis; his great grandchildren, Lily, Joanna and Zacharie; and his brother Dale Lewis of Granby.

“I got acquainted with Larry when I worked at the Implement Co. in Wheaton. Larry would stop in every morning for coffee and order parts or check on parts ordered. We always enjoyed stories from his hunting trips and tractor repairs. We all had some good laughs. Larry had a heart of gold. I pray for peace and comfort for his family.”
