She is survived by: her husband David Van Pelt; her children, Mark Van Pelt (Lacey) and Theresa Crews (Jacob); her stepchildren, Daniel, Scott and Vesta Christine Insam (Rene); her adoptive children, Faye and Jamie Mathis; and her sister Lisa Gustin (James). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
