He is survived by: his wife Cheryle Rose; his children, Tabitha Smith (Gavin), Christena Goff (Jeff), Jennifer Thompson and Thomas Cuppett (Tarah); his sister Delores Taylor; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Tharp, Kyle, Kim, Zak Goff, Kade Kamali, Kinley and Bristol Cuppett; and his great grandchild Allie Goff.
