She is survived by: her husband Roy Stephens of Neosho, Missouri; her daughters, Mika Jack (Stacy) of Collinsville, Khrisi Humphrey of Neosho, Bekka Stephens (Enrique) of Neosho and Koda Swift (Phillip) of Neosho; her grandchildren, Mikal Jack of Texas, Blake Jack (Makensey) of Texas, Kolten Humphrey of Arkansas, Jade Humphrey (Brenton), Raine Swift and River Swift; and her great grandchildren, Lyvia Jack, Larsyn Jack and Kaselyn Jack.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories.
