She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Seley and Margaret Seley (Levan); and her siblings, Calvin, Clifford, Virgil, Mary Jane McKibben and Norene Widener.
She is survived by: her daughter Rowena Hosch (Glen) of Augusta; and her great grandchild Samual.
Memorials have been established in Kathy's name for the Cowley County Humane Society and for the American Heart Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
