She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Llyod Smith; her siblings, Jean Purcell, Kay Desmet and Charles Moss; and her parents, Noble Simmons Moss and Senora Alberta Shemwell.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith (Debbie) of Louisville, Kentucky, Craig Smith (Helena) of Parma, Ohio, Pam Smith of Springfield, Missouri, Daniel Smith (Janelle) of Neosho, Missouri and Kevin Smith of North Ridgeville, Ohio; and her brother James "Jimmy" Purcell (Kandy) of Mishawaka, Indiana.. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces.
