She is survived by: her husband Gary Lynn Cash; her children, Gary Lee Cash and Jennifer Lynn Westfall of Neosho; her grandchildren, Codie Lee Eaggleston, Justus Dale Cash, Chasey Lynn Cash and Ariel Jayde Westfall; and her siblings, Shirrel Spittler (Gregg) of Seneca, Deborah Bilbrey (Michael) of Seneca and Christopher Brady of Joplin.
