He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Peaches Hula Green (Qualls); his wife Lillian Green (Sperry); his daughter Barbara Shurtleff (Kevin); and his siblings, Duane Green (Wawena) and Joan Green.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Green, Ginger Himmelsbach, David Green (Venna), Debbie Gamble (Gary), Judy Gurley (Michael), Tom Green (Leslie) and Diana Brockman (Kendall); and his siblings, Ralph Green (Helen) and Marilyn Gordon (Richard). He is also survived by 42 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.
