He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Goff and Christena Goff (Cuppett); his grandparents, Thomas Cuppett II, Cheryle (Kenny Perkins) and Angie Renneberg; his siblings, Kyle Goff, Kim Goff and Zakary Goff; his uncle Thomas Cuppett III; and his aunts, Jennifer Thompson and Tabi Perkins.
