He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Leonard and Rosemary Agnes Rhoades (Patterson); and his son Randall Eric Rhoades. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Leland Weber; his children, Ryan Rhoades (Liz) of Big Timber, Montana and Sherry Miller (Brady) of Topeka, Kansas; his grandchildren, Samantha Rooney of Big Timber, Anderson and Brooks Miller of Topeka, Kansas; and his siblings, Dorie Ruhe (Craig), Don Rhoades (Cheryl) of Gastonia and Barry Rhoades of Macon, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the World Wildlife Fund, the Nature Conservancy or Doctors Without Borders.
