He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Willis and Farillia Willis (Singleton). He is survived by: his wife Nettie; his children, Howard Willis, Jr., Dale Willis (Natalie), Randall James Willis (Darla) and Elizabeth Elayne Willis (Remone Allen); and his siblings, Ellis Willis, Clifton Strong, Albert Strong, Gladys Jackson, Thelma Wyatt and Dessa Lawson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Bible Holiness Assembly of God (906 N Summit St, Neosho, MO 64850). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
