He is survived by: his wife Nettie; his children, Howard Willis, Jr., Dale Willis (Natalie), Randall James Willis (Darla) and Elizabeth Elayne Willis (Remone Allen); and his siblings, Ellis Willis, Clifton Strong, Albert Strong, Gladys Jackson, Thelma Wyatt and Dessa Lawson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
