He is survived by: his wife Linda Hulsey (Hemphill); his son Dan (Tina Hierholzer) of Neosho, Missouri; his stepsons, Thad Hulsey of Neosho and Wade Hulsey (Tammy) of Lowell, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Sarah Hierholzer-Daspit (Matt) of Springdale and Blake Hierholzer of Neosho, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Lance, Grayson and Jackson Daspit; his stepgrandchildren, Brooke Brown (Jared), Kylee Smith (Tate) of Wyandotte and Max Hulsey; and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Atley Smith, Madelyn Brown, Jolie Smith and Camryn Brown.
