He was predeceased by: his father Gene Fraley; his father-in-law Robert Kruse; his brother-in-law Ron Brock; and his nephew Dree Crawford. He is survived by: his mother Vivian Fraley; his daughter Maddelyn Fraley; his grandson Cole Atchley; his mother-in-law Patricia Kruse; his brothers-in-law, Larry Kruse (Marcia), Terry Kruse (Jeanette), Russell Kruse (Terri) and Charles Gray (Shirley); and his siblings, Nancy Crawford (Rod), Jane Price and Mark Fraley (Amanda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
