She was predeceased by: her father Gilbert Sutliff. She is survived by: her husband Robert Riggs; her brother-in-law Jim Riggs (Arlinda); her nieces, Kim Mahurin (Kevin) and Jennifer Rush (Tony); her great-nieces, Katelyn and Emelyn Mahurin; and her great-nephew Emmett Rush.
