It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Capps of Neosho, Missouri, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Capps. She is survived by: her children, David Capps (LouAnn) and Jenny Leffel (Chris); her grandchildren, John Neale (Sarah) and Emily Harris (Austin); her sister Florence Clifford (David); her great grandchildren, Luca Colombini and Ethan Smith; her close friends, Paul, Jan Kliethermes, Tim, DiAnna Wages and Beth Smith; her granddaughter Gina Colombini; and her sisters, Lillian and Edna.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation.
