He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Osborn and Pearl Osborn; his daughter Jeannette Osborn; and his siblings, Sandra McGehee and Bill Osborn.
He is survived by: his significant other Betty Rahmoeller; his daughter Dawnnette Burnett of Granby; his granddaughters, Sidney, Emma and Lacey Burnett; and his sister Ila Haggard of Neosho. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other cherished family members and friends.
