He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Sue Caldwell (McGaugh). He is survived by: his father Bobby G. Caldwell of Neosho; his brother Larry Caldwell (Karen) of Aurora, Missouri; his nieces, Kristy and Kathy; and his close friend Jarvey Harris.
