He is survived by: his daughters, Donna VanOtterloo of Joplin and Toni Scott of Pineville, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Jonathan VanOtterloo (Heather), Paul VanOtterloo (Kathy), Lee VanOtterloo (Shelley), Kirsten Scott (Brian) and Shelia Pesce; and his great grandchildren, Marcus Scott, Tia Vogel, Mindy VanOtterloo, Katrina Hill, Ryan Roberts and Scott Roberts.
