He was predeceased by: his parents, Eula B. Weems and Fannie Weems (Clark); his wife Charys; and his sisters, Dottie and Nina.
He is survived by: his daughter Helen Weems of Columbia, Maryland; and his cousins, Julia Sellenraad, Martha Curry and Joy Walker.
The family request that attendees wear a mask at the services.
