With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence E Jelley of Neosho, Missouri, who passed away on June 28, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Jelley; his daughter Sharon Otten of Neosho; his grandchildren, Jimmy Otten (Becca) of Kansas City, Becky Whetzell (John) of Neosho, Missy Williams (Dan) of Neosho and Tiffany Wright of Neosho; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Elijah, Ezekiel, Christian, Reagan, Brooklyn, Logan, Trinity and Andre; and his daughter Diana Payton.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the American Legion in c/o of Clark Funeral Home, P.O. Box 66, Neosho, MO, 64850.
