She is survived by: her brother Jim; her friend Sara Burke (Jones); her close friend Marsha Coffman (McGinty); her son Jason; her children-in-law, Mya and Mark; her grandson August; her friend Denice Butler; her sons, August of Springdale, AR, Hailey Norman and Mark Brut of Denver, CO.; and her siblings, John Millner, Sue Reilly, Sue Cass, Sally Smith and Kurt Ummel.

Cindy has requested that donations be made to The First Christian Church and Habitat for Humanity.
