It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cinda Sue Watson (Neosho, Missouri), born in Fairmont, Minnesota, who passed away on October 11, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie R. Phelan and Bernice L. Phelan (Thurman); and her brother Jim Phelan. She is survived by: her children, Lou Jennings (Tony) of Granby and James C. Watson (Candi) of Diamond; her grandchildren, Hunter Hudson, Cheyenne Skelton, Jake Jennings, Ty Williams and Leslie Watson; and her siblings, Billy Jo Phelan of Neosho, Kenneth Phelan of Granby, Gary Phelan of Neosho and Hattie Reed of Granby. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
