He was predeceased by: his father Charles F. Neece; and his stepfather Shelby Jackson. He is survived by: his mother Judith Ann Jackson (Neese); his brother Steven Neese (Chrissy) of Wentzville, Missouri; his nieces and nephews, Angela Toczylowski, Candace Neese (Ricardo Cueto), Alyssa Neese and Charyssa Wirkus (David); his sister Lee Ann Clark (Shawn) of Webb City, Missouri; and his nephews, Haydn Neese of Kansas City and Mason Neese (Nashina) of Miami.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
