He is survived by: his spouse Christie Marie Spina; his children, Cindy Wise (Harry) of Dixon, Sandra Norfolk of Joplin, Tresa Rinehart of Joplin and Robert Rinehart (Stacy) of Neosho; and his stepdaughters, Cheyenne Spina and Cassandra Fletcher of Joplin. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, two step grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
