He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Jo Anne Hochstatter Lewis; his children, Kim Errol, Tonya Kaye and Barry Brooks Fain; his brothers, Alvin Chamberlain and John Cooper Lewis; his wife Shirley; his children, Lori Jean (Rick Whitesell), Kerry Guy (Jeanne Gilliam Fain), Joel Mark Fain and Keith Willard Fain; his sister Anne (Logan Babin); his grandchildren, Raymond (Kosovare Fain), Erik (Casey Fain), Gavin Gray Fain and Camden Michael Fain; and his great grandchildren, Heidi, Emily, Brody, Brylee, Eleanor and Scarlett Fain. He was also cherished by his wife and their four living children.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or The Arizona Military Family Relief Fund.
