She is survived by: her husband William Martin (Bill); her brothers, Bert Dvorak of Joplin and John Dvorak (Sandy) of Galena; her aunt Marietta Cartright of Joplin; and her mother-in-law Dixie Martin of Carl Junction. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
