It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen L. McCullough of Neosho, Missouri, born in Raytown, Missouri, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kappler and Josephine Kappler (Cook); her husband Frank B. McCullough; and her siblings, Mary and Rodger.
She is survived by: her children, Ashley Siler (Will) of Granby, Shane McCullough (Nicole) of Cincinnati and Carah McCullough (Zac Shuler); her grandchildren, Savanah, Brady, Emery Siler, Zach, Abby McCullough and Wilder Shuler; her siblings, Paula McDonald, Daniel Kappler and Brian Kappler; and her siblings-in-law, Jeryn Preston (Mark) and Steve McCullough. She is also survived by several nephews and other extended family and friends.
