He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Cunningham; his children, Terry Cunningham (Karen) of Carthage, Sidney Cunningham (Courtney) of Louisburg and Megan Cunningham of Fort Worth, Texas; his stepchildren, Tammy Carrow (Jerry) of Bixby, Phillip Slinkard (Tiffany) of Neosho and Chris Slinkard (Shawnna) of Diamond, Missouri; his siblings, Rick Usery, Randy Christian, Gordon Cunningham, Dena Pugh, Rayna Parsons and Linda Geer; his grandchildren, Aidan, Deacon and Chloe; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica, Emily, Harrison, Henry and Mazie; and his friend Bryan.
