He was predeceased by: his stepsister Tina Kelly; his nephew Azariah Walthall; and his brother-in-law Ed Clark. He is survived by: his parents, George Burgess and Janette Burgess of Neosho; his sisters, Karen Clark of Granby and Gayle Walthall (Robert) of Scranton, Kansas; his nieces, Emma Branham (Dustin), Megan Kelly, Heather Burge (Levi) and Christal Wallace (Chris); his nephew Zac Clark (Bethany); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eddie, Junie Clark, Sawyer, Oliver Burge and Jocelyn Walthall.
