He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Moore; his children, Rick Crowder (Tara) of Texas and Jodie Dueker (Kris) of Bella Vista, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Abby, Jordan, Kylie Ebner (Jarrett), Knox, Bailey and Kruz. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
