He was predeceased by: his parents, William Copeland and Elsie Copeland (Wampler); his wife Joyce Saunders; and his siblings, Eunice, Maybelline, June, Charles, Jackie, Kenneth, Gerri, Tommy and Mikey.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Weimer, Janet Imhauser of New Port, NC and Bobby Duane Copeland of Palmdale, CA; and his brothers, Frank Copeland of Neosho, MO and Billie Copeland of Booneville, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
