He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill, Shirley Millikin, Ray Testerman and Winnie Reed. He is survived by: his wife Marti of Neosho; his sons, Dylan Millikin of Springfield, MO and Connor Millikin of Neosho; his parents, Bob Millikin of Kansas City and Terri Testerman of Neosho; his siblings, Stephanie of Neosho, Katie (Jess) of Kansas City and Adam of Montana; and his mother-in-law Phyllis Rush of Neosho. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
