It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Carstens (Neosho, Missouri), born in Holstein, Iowa, who passed away on May 7, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Carstens and Olga Groepper Carstens. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Patrick Cline of Neosho; and her friend Donna Cosgray. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
