He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict Conrad Meier, Sr. and Josepine Bender Meier; his former wife Lynetta; his siblings, Gerald Meier (Sun) and Patrica Ann Majors (Val); and his nephew Jacob Meier.
He is survived by: his children, LaDawna Kae Godfrey (Dale) of Ulyssess, Kansas, Kevin Meier of Stella and Benedict Conrad Meier, III (Sherre) of Yucaipa, California; and his brothers, Richard Eugene Meier (Cathy) of Yukon and Alan Meier of Garden City. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
