It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman L. Dial of Nelson, Missouri, born in Blackwater, Missouri, who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Cecil N. Dial (Cureton); and his brothers, Clarence Dial and Alvin Dial. He is survived by: his father Edgar L. Dial; his wife Barbara M. Conaway; his children, Steve Dial (Susan) of Nelson, Bonnie Francis (Donald, Jr.) of Nelson, Sonia Pragman of Pilot Grove and Cynthia Magruder (Cale) of Augusta, KS; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, Linda, Chelsea, Mark, Amanda, Haley, Aspen and Faith. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
