She was predeceased by: her son Jessie Carl Ballenger. She is survived by: her parents, Donald Marvin Hopkins and Leveta Maye Grimsley Hopkins; her former husband Christopher E. Scheid; her husband Chris; her children, Cody Ballenger of Holden, MO, Kristina Riley and Mara Scheid of Marshall; her grandchildren, Cayden Ballenger, Lanikai Ballenger, Mason Ballenger, Malia Roepe, Lillyann Riley, Ethan Scheid, Owen Riley, Emma Alspaw and Braden Alspaw; and her siblings, Linda Pointer (Huey) of Marshall and Donald Earl Hopkins (Kelley) of Houstonia, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to The Ronald McDonald House in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
