He is survived by: his spouse Destiny Hardwick Green of Van Buren; his children, Hunter and Hayden Green of Neelyville, MO.; his parents, Paul Green (Barbara) of Doniphan, MO. and Vickie Nelson (Wesley) of Harviell, MO.; his sisters, Emily Green and Elisha Abbot; his sister-in-law Tasha Catlett; his brothers, Jeremy Kovach, Joshua Green and Mathew Hoefer; and his brother-in-law Zach Hardwick.
