He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Ray (Chester) of Independence, Ricky Nash of Creve Coeur and Georgia Cunningham (Timothy) of Lee's Summit; his nephew Matthew Cunningham of Lee's Summit; and his cousins, Bobby and Mary Lewis of St. Louis. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
