With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Franklin of Neelyville, Missouri, born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on October 2, 2020 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Donald Franklin. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Turner Franklin; his sisters, Natalie Tate (Randy) of Paducah, KY, Jeanene Hover of Paducah, KY, LaDonna Campbell (Jerome) of Paducah, KY and Kimberly Hager (Randy) of Harviell, MO; his nieces and nephews, Jenna Rickman (Tony), Stephen Tate (Ravyn), Sara Bowerman (Robby), Andrea Middleton (Brett), Bradley Hover (Brittany) and Jake Hager; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan Rickman, Justin Tate, Jackson Rickman, Karalyn Tate, Colton Hover, Hattie Sue Hover, Avery Middleton, Zach Bowerman and Ryan Bowerman.
