He is survived by: his children, Kyle Worley (Kallie) of Dexter, Chad Worley of Poplar Bluff and Melody Worley of Springfield; his siblings, Mary Sue Bostic of Pollard, Charlene Collier of Neelyville, Darlene Smith of Poplar Bluff and Joseph Worley of Sparta; his grandchildren, Taylor Worley, Dylan Worley, Addison Taylor, Kylie Worley, Beau Worley, Gus Worley and Ridge Worley; and also, Leonard Taylor (Dana) of Mill Springs, Missouri. and Sammy Worley of Corning, Arkansas..
