He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Boone and Anna Marie Holder Boone; his granddaughter Kandice Spradling; and his siblings, Martha Rumsey, Clauetta Boone, Harold Boone and Alfred Boone.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Johnson; his daughters, Ruseena Spradling (Allen), Rita Smith (Wilbert), Robin Wagner (Richie), Tonya Cassinger (Alan) and Tena Shelton (Rick); his siblings, Francis Hunt, J. H. Boone and Terry Boone; his grandchildren, Clinton Smith (Heather), Wade Smith, Wyatt Smith (Katie), Amy Spradling (Tyler), Tomi Bader (Tyler), Mason Wagner, Hayden Cassinger (Lauren), Hana-Kate Cassinger and Chance Smith; and his great grandchildren, Allison Whitmer, Lindsey Richardson, Madalynn Smith, Meredith Smith, Kole Bader, Keller Belt and Baby Bader.
